I keep seeing people mention the $0.02 payout threshold thing. When did that change happen, and do we know why? I was also under the impression that it was only for comments.

And are there no curation rewards under $0.02 either?

Thanks for the clarification, @crokkon. I suppose I just assumed that fractions of a cent would be paid out instead. I wonder why this conversation seems to be surfacing so much now if it's not a new thing, then.
