Propose the "Disable Battery Optimization" feature and the "Notification" feature in the shadowsocks app

Shadowsocks is an application to surf the Internet by way of personal and safe in Android devices, this application is an open source project, this application is very easy and convenient to use because it has the look very simple and provides some important features it, but after I try to access the features settings in the application shadowsocks, I did not find features "disable battery optimization" and features "notification" in the application settings.

Proposal

I would like to contribute to propose to the Shadowsocks app developer, to add the Disable Battery Optimization feature and the "Notification" feature in the Settings section of the app, and the developer has to modify the section so that users can access the feature easily.

Mockups / Examples

This is an example of a visible image display, after the Shadowsocks application developer added the feature I proposed to the application settings section and modified it.

Benefits

With the "Disable battery optimization" feature in the shadowsocks app, users can set options to optimize application performance in the background, with optimized battery records, the user can also disable the feature, and it is very important and useful to the user. Also with the "Notification" feature in the shadowsocks app, the user can activate the feature, in order to receive and get notifications on the statusbar of their android device. So users of shadowsocks applications will give the best rating for the app. And that's a big advantage.
