Great video, what tool do you use for recording and editing please, I'm having issues with editing and quality recording.

I use OBS to record my videos and I use Premiere Pro to edit my Videos. OBS is fully open source so you should be able to use it; and with a decent mic it works right out of the box without any real modifications.
