Loca is a free, open source website application created to help small-time, independent rental property owners, managers or agents to effectively maintain and manage the financial, maintenance or tenancy agreements and information of their rental assets at their own convenience.
In order to provide its potential users and site visitors with more critical information about the website application, its uses and what it stands for, Loca needed an informative About Us page on its website.

• In addition to a website's homepage and FAQ pages, a website's "About Us” page is one of the most visited pages in a website . Since there will be many future first-time visitors, regular visitors, eventual end users as well as of visitors to the site, it gives the Loca web application owner a unique opportunity to provide other useful information that was not initially stated on the homepage that will eventually persuade potential visitors to the site to try the app demo for themselves.
