Loca is a simple, free-to-use, open source web application specifically created to assist small and independent rental property owners, managers and agents to efficiently gather and manage critical financial, tenancy and maintenance information on their rental property in order to aid better decision making during the course of the rental property management activities.

It needed a well crafted, compelling and informative copy for the site home page.
Hence I was duly authorized by the project owner to write such creative copy for the Loca web application homepage.
Components
The completed copy for the Loca Homepage has been approved by the project owner and merged into the Loca repository on GitHub . The approved homepage copy will be placed on the website homepage by the site developer later on at his own convenience/discretion.
