add features bandwidth of the noise and video noise reducer feature in the toolbar section in noise mode applications

Components

Noise mode is a sample application for noise written in the RXjava2 kotlin given the flow from the microfon in real time. expect drag on most devices since rendering FFT Spectogram is not optimal so it works pretty well on tho mode device.

Proposal

After installing the application noise mode the user can receive the microphone stream in real time and also the user can reduce the noise. As a user I propose to the developer to add the "bandwidth of the noise (filter strength)" feature and the "Video Noise Reducer" feature in the toolbar part of the noise mode application, and modify the application part to make room for users to access.

Benefits

with the feature bandwidth of the noise and video noise reducer feature it can reduce the vocal sound of the video file. and also reduce the humming noise that is not in want. the user can start by inserting a noisy video then press the button on the toolbar then select the sound frequency and also select the bandwidth from noise then press apply button and the result can be stored in video noise feature feature folder. so users can repeat the action on the resulting video to get a stronger noise reduction. and this is a wonderful thing.
