Just use common sense and don't go sending money to random people you don't know, from unsolicited messages.
We do what we can to mitigate and disable scam accounts on steemit.chat but ultimately it's up to the people on the receiving end of messages like this to not get duped out of their tokens.
I would have ended sending money to the real utopian.io if I even got that far. Nothing wrong with warning others who apparently fall for phishing attempts all of the time.
