Please note the URLs are different: in the original post, the category is 'steemit', but in Activity view, the category is 'p'.

This is not a bug. This is how it works.
For example: You can switch between any Steem Blockchain posts with the name like below.

That is only the category which can be changed freely by the users, so it can be manipulated to use in different steem platforms.
Most important part is :
@rmb/links-in-busy-org-activity-view-are-not-correct
Which should not be changed.
