This is getting a bit ridiculous. What he wrote was not defamation, and an inability to properly deal with criticism is not cause to claim such a thing. Furthermore, by claiming that he defamed somehow you, you're kind of defaming him.
@doodlebear has every right to offer criticisms of the platform in hopes of making it more robust. His pointing out something that was already public record is not defamation, nor is what was clearly his opinion that the behavior was unethical. I don't personally think that your behavior was unethical, but that doesn't really matter in this case. He's free to raise that question, and if people disagree, then they disagree.
From reading what @doodlebear wrote, I believe his intention was to help sturdy up the bot a bit, making it behave more closely to its intended purpose. It seems to me that your intention here is to get some kind of vindication for what you're interpreting as a personal attack.
You're introducing a lot of needless drama into what's been a very friendly, open, and positive community. I'd like this to stop.
