After re-evaluating your contribution, and checking all the suggestions made for this app though utopian, I have found a similar one here. One of the suggestion made by the author of the post mentioned above, contains a very similar suggestion regarding appointments and recommendations, or doctor notes (as he names them). It is very important to write in the title of your post, the idea you will suggest. This way, you will help moderators and contributors, by simplifying their search for similar suggestions. Also, the benefits after adding the proposed suggestions, should be a little more descriptive.
