I didn't actually understood that how do we become a proofreader if we aren't allowed to contact the project devs. And what are these Language Specific Proofreading capabilities?

Hello. Project owners/managers can enable you as a proofreader for specific languages instead than having to enable you as a global proofreader. Contacting the owner to be enabled as a proofreader and mentioning Utopian to get rewards is not welcome. You should only collaborate on projects where you have a certain expertise and where the project owner is actively looking for proofreaders to join.
Hmm, I wonder how many projects are there where project owners are looking for proofreaders and the language is also available. This will probably lower the translation contributions drastically. But I guess still good for me as I was already promoted to the proofreader position even before the proofreader requirement came out!!
