Proposal
When a moderator/supervisor reviewing a post or they are taking a look and they see something important instead of messaging each other they must have a ability to leave a note in the contributions page.

Benefits
With the function for example if the user did plagiarism before and got caught,Supervisor,moderator or a developer will leave a note there about it and a moderator will be more careful about the user.
