- Suggestions related to background change, colour change, night/day mode etc do not count as technical changes.

I've read the rules but I could not find an explanation what is considered "technical" versus "process or organizational". Your comment provides some highly needed clarity.
Utopian-io exists by virtue of people submitting contributions. Be careful not to alienate your user base.
