Firstly, when this particular issue takes place there is an error thrown in the console, this should have been provided with this contribution. This would be important information when the developer is looking into the root cause. In line with the Utopian Rules:(https://utopian.io/rules):
The contribution must be informative and contain as much detail as possible describing the work done.
The overall outcome of this particular issue occurring can also be argued as cosmetic despite it potentially being annoying to the user, this is because the functionality of the application isn't affected. In line with the Utopian Rules:
Cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the software will not be accepted.
I believe there is also an argument that this could be expected behavior within the application, it's essentially checking the post for changes and then upon change needing to reload the iframe within the preview section.
Finally, you have not linked your GitHub account to your Utopian account, in line with the Utopian Rules:
