Hello @lykkejay, I followed the step that you wrote down and the results, I cannot reproduce this. I am using a Google chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) in windows 8.1 on an Hp computer and MS office 2016. However, this observation is great and good. I saw the video too. Let me know how I can reproduce this as well. Thanks.

@turpsy Your Google Chrome Version is not up to date, you are using different operating system, Your MS Office is different than mine.
However, I have recorded every step to reproduce this issue. I have even closed down all the browsers & MS Word to show the accuracy of the testing. I had encountered this bug yesterday and thought it might get resolved, but there was still an issue that's why I created this issue for the developers to look at.
