The contents of your contribution is contradicting , You mentioned
The app crashes when a new notification sound is selected and continues subsequent crashes that ensures users can no longer notification settings.
when i check the video you attached to the contribution, you clicked on settings and change the device orientation to landscape,
I tried to replicate the issue you reported, but i got encounter with something really different from your report, because i was able to use Mp3 file without any crash and the latest version of the app is V2.5.5
