Recently I stumbled upon UTRUST, claiming to be the next level online payment platform connecting cryptocurrencies and regular payment options.
What they tell us:

UTRUST is a revolutionary payment platform that empowers buyers to pay with cryptocurrencies while providing a groundbreaking purchase protection mechanism."
The present themselves as the missing link comparing company's like Bitpay and Paypall, advertizing the following improvements:
This might be an interesting company to follow and I'm curious to see what they will accomplish.
They are starting their pre-sale ICO within approximately 7 hours and they accept ETH and BTC for payment.
Details of the ICO;
"We believe that digital tokens are more than an asset for financial speculation.
The purpose of this ICO is to raise enough capital to establish a de-facto payment platform in the cryptocurrency world and becoming lead Fintech startups in digital payments.
This effort leverages upon the knowledge of each member of the UTRUST team, combined with the insights of our early investors’ and advisors in order to provide the best experience to the end user.

I'm wondering what Steemians think about this company, do you guys see a successful future for it or not? Maybe some of you are allready planning to invest some?

Yesterday I did not get into the pre-sale ICO, I didn't feel like taking the risk. It's now known that the pre-sale sold out in 88 minutes (5% of the tokens)!
I might be taking my chances on the first round in september, I'm not sure what the exact date will be because the website doesn't clearly states it.
The UTRUST-mailing I subscribed to states that they are welcoming questions so I just send them an email regarding the exact date off the first round of the ICO, as soon as I receive an answer I will update this piece.

He man! There are so many of these ICO's nowadays that I usually don't invest in any of them. I like to invest in blockchain technology that already works/has a use case.
Hey @exyle, totally true, there are more and more startups. Even though there will be more and more company's willing to use blockchain and the purchase of the tokens for me feel like buying "shares" of the company you believe in. Because it will be easy to trade the tokens and the fact there is an advantage in being a early adopter makes it more interesting. In this case I don't have enough information about the company to feel comfortable buying tokens, it's always nice to hear the opinion of other people who are not connected to the startup.
