Unfortunately, in America and most western nations, you don't have rights unless you can afford a lawyer. So exemption is just a piece of paper unless you can afford lawyer just like constitution.

Yes, it is unfortunate to spend money that you don't have to defend your basic right.
The rights at hand are more than basic, they are unalienable. But I digress, supreme executive power is derived from the masses. Things get messy at that point.
