On 23rd July the Valuetainment YouTube channel (2.4m+ subscribers) hosted a debate between Robert Kennedy Jr. (Children’s Health Defence) and Alan Dershowitz (Creepy Epstein Lawyer) on the subject of vaccines.
What prompted the debate was Kennedy's response to Dershowitz claims (on Jason Goodman's 'Crowd Source The Truth' channel) that stated he believed that the courts would be compelled to make vaccines 'mandatory' based on the precedent set in a case (Jacobson) in the early 1900's in which the defendant had refused to take a vaccine and the ruling was to issue him a fine ($5) as a result. Dershowitz has extrapolated from this (wildly different) scenario that this means people can be whisked off to have "a needle plunged in their arm", potentially against their will.

The debate begins with Dersh doubling down on his belief that the courts would be compelled to make vaccines "mandatory" citing the case detailed above in which a fine was issued. Dersh does indicate, and agree with RFK Jr., that vaccines would have to be thoroughly vetted and proven to be safe and effective before the question of mandatory vaccines is ever raised.
RFK Jr. points out that the companies involved in the vaccine industry are given no incentive to make safe and effective vaccines given that they are granted immunity to any liability. Dershowitz takes exception to this, because of his belief that those who work in the medical industry wish to do no harm. This is probably largely true, but RFK Jr. begins to point out examples of all of these companies provably producing unsafe vaccines while still making exceptional profits (due to their exclusion from liability). Also stating that all of the major CEO's of these companies have a criminal record(!).
Dersh pulls out the classic "polio" talking point and gets schooled again by RFK Jr. as he explains why the polio vaccine, which is generally heralded by all pro-vaxxers as their key example to justify the effectiveness of vaccination programs, is a myth, and that right now polio only makes a comeback due to the issuance of the vaccine itself.

Over $4 billion has been paid by the 'vaccine courts', with only a small number of cases actually making it to court in the first place. This figure could be exponentially higher.
Examples were shown of the period of time in which vaccines are tested, ie. the period of time after injection of the vaccine, ranging from 48 hours to 4/5 days. If no negative effects from the vaccine were noticed during that time period the vaccine would be considered safe. Insanity. Complete insanity, when you consider the onset of certain conditions such as autism, and other degenerative conditions, fybromaliga etc wouldn't necessarily come into fruition until later in life.
On the case of the current Covid vaccine testing, it was stated that of the 45 people test 6 or more complained of being sick. It was shown that generally during the testing phase the participants are vetted and made sure to be metabolically healthy, non-smokers etc, generally fit. RFK Jr. makes the very important point that in the USA right now it is reported that up to 54% of Americans have co-morbidities, and so if 10% or more can become sick during a trial using extremely healthy people imagine what would happen when vaccines are issued on a grand scale to a predominantly unhealthy country.
Dershowitz is a complete scumbag, but I guess he gets some credit for being willing to debate the topic, even though it's apparent he isn't sufficiently equipped to do so. The debate concludes with Dersh predictably sticking to his guns on his belief that the courts would go down this murky road. Perhaps he knows something we don't, given what we know about Dersh and who he ultimately represents (a small but particularly powerful Middle Eastern country).
Meanwhile Desrhowitz continues to harass Epstein victims who have dirt on him. Guess what claims he's resorting to using, yes, you guessed it, the classic "anti-semitism".
