Value creators of the world: don’t spend energy concerned with whether or not the important people will notice your work.
Most likely they already know. That’s how they became important.
Keep doing your thing, growing in character, and the timing will unfold as it should.
The obvious but often avoided, uncomfortable truth that goes along with this statement is the potential for your work to be (currently) valueless.
Some labor is just labor, not work. Work adds value and changes reality.
Redirect and refocus that angst on creating value.
