The combination of avocado and lemon tastes will be extraordinary, no one can determine what you made of this magic!
- 2 cups of chopped avocado pulp
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2/3 cups of honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt - optional
Mix everything in the combine. Since the aroma and delicate taste of the mixture will be very tempting, do not hesitate, put yourself aside for a little sample, in ice cream it will be a little weaker!
If you think that the taste should be more lemon, add more lemon peel (but not juice).
Now freeze - put everything in sealed containers (preferably glass), put in the freezer. Depending on the temperature, it takes from 2 to 4 hours. A couple of times you can get and mix ice cream.
