My submission to the pizza party
I'm hoping that I'm not late, I usually am to these things, but I'll make my entry anyway. For those of you who don't make your own pizza, you need to start now.
While there's definitely something to be said about pizza from the shop and it's definitely delicious, there's also something to be said about putting something so majestic in the oven and watching the dough rise and get those big bubbles, yum.
I'll have to upload a recipe for the best dough, but for now here's my most recent pizza pic. You can see it along with all my other creations over @veganknowhow on instagram. I don't post much because I'm working on a project on wordpress which you'll see posts about in the next few days (via steempress).
I love sweetcorn, pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, spring onions, avocado, tomatoes and nutritional yeast on a pizza. Not always in combination, but those are my favourite toppings.
