VEGAN HOMEMADE BURGER 🍔 BURGERS VEGANAS

Well these are my vegan 🍔 and I prepare them a lot.
I use:
🌱 Red bean and lentils, caned and washed.
🌱 Oat flower
🌱 Spices like black peper, salt, parsley..

Mix them all and put in the oven for 30min.
They are yummy and you can even freeze them.

Esas son las hamburguesas que con más frecuencia preparo. Sólo necesitas:

🌱 Judías blancas o rojas, lentejas, lavadas y escurridas.
🌱 Harina de avena.
🌱 Especias al gusto. Sal, pimienta, perejil, pimentón...

Mezclar y triturar todo. Hacer la forma de las 🍔 y 30min al horno. Se pueden incluso congelar✨✨
