Hi guys! Hope you all had a good time during this holidays with your family and friends! My first review of 2019 will be about new financial blockchain project - VELIC!

Want to say few words about ICO, there will be no traditional ICO, VELIC will do a IEO(Initial Exchange Offering), that means 90% of the VELIC token will be mined by exchange and other VELIC service users, 6% for private and public sale, and 4% reserves relating to VELIC services including stablecoin issuance and loan.
By the way VELIC will has own stablecoin - VELD(VELIC Dollar) which will convert in most currencies on the exchange, also if you want to reduce your trading fees for example, you can convert yout VELT into VELA(VELIC Authority) token instantly, but for converting reverse you will need to wait for 4 weeks.
IEO is scheduled to Q1 2019 (February), no specific dates yet, so we need to track latest news from the team in telegram group or other social networks, i put all necesary links in the end of the article.
Team of the project is not very big, but they are a strong professionals in finance, trading and fintech. You probably can recognize Timothy Yang, he was an AIRBLOC protocol advisor.
Also partners of the project look very powerful, there are ICON and Deblock(wellknown blockchain startups bakers with good portfilio(AIRBLOC, weBloc, Certik, LogisticsX, Somesing, Stayge one).
Project look very good for me, with new and promising technology, especially on that market, the fact that VELIC team singled out only 6% for both sales means that there can be a shortage on a sale and cap will be reached quickly.
