TRICEPS: Se denomina tríceps al músculo que dispone de tres sectores diferenciados. Un músculo, por su parte, es un órgano formado por fibras capaces de contraerse, es la parte muscular que al trabajarlo hace ver el brazo mas grande, se encuentra en la parte trasera del biceps entre los hombros y los codos, es una de las partes que mas me enfoco a trabajar, aquí le mostrare varios ejercicios que son excelentes para trabajarlo, y si lo combinan de manera adecuada podrán obtener un trabajo en esa área espectacular
