Thank you very much for your comment @lizelle @victorsilab and if it is very sad the truth every day the situation gets worse and the people who tend to live like this but I hope that someday this bad situation will change.

a huge miracles.. today, 2 comrades left their jobs to leave the country ... we work in petroleum company.
