The witness @castellano aims to represent partly the community that writes in the language (we might not have the backing of many big investors, but see the number of votes we have, each of them is an active member of the community)
The main project, @reveur aims to serve as an incubator and umbrella to the myriad of serious projects and steemians trying to thrive in the capital deprived #spanish part of steem.
We aim to increase user adoption and retention and the cultivation of good habits and practices to make Steemizens that grow with us and with the platform, not just posters.

We have a daily activity, every day more than 150 ppl joins us in live curations, in our wednesday of shine on your crazy idea, fridays of STEEM-learn, tuesdays of introduciotn to crypto economics.
Thanks to our Wednesday activities we are helping repair 3 schools in Venezuela, we aim to build a small sports, infrastructure in a remote university that trains future teachers in the country. We are providing brass instruments for musical students. We are aiming to rebuild the future for the generations to come.
We are aiming to ease the crisis the country is going trough by instilling a culture of collaboration and conduction towards greater goals.
We also organize seminars and meetups, we collaborate and support other Venezuelan groups to do so.
Just last week 2 happened, the first in central Venezuela (Maracay), with the assistance of more than 60 people from all around the country completely organized and paid in steem by steemians.

The second one was organized by @voto-vzla in western Venezuela (el Tigre) were around 50 more people met and shared their steem experience between them and others who are not part of the STEEM yet. All costs were once again covered and paid in SBDs.

We are developing a primitive SMT implementation using the custom json object of STEEM TX as a sort of parasite ledger with a discord wallet integration
Our aim is to avoid the STEEM or SBD earn by Venezuelan authors flooding the market and ensettling the offer/demand relation to protect the prices. Which we know is a worry of big stake holders.
So even thought Venezuelans are dumping their hard earned STEEM and SBDs we do all we can to buy directly from them, at a preferential rate and low commission to keep a healthy market (differently to the other similar projects, taking advantage of Venezuelan people).
And we are educating them in the culture of reinvesting the excess in the platform.

I am working at the moment in a report tool to capture posts from communities (by tag) and identifying those who make main posts too often.
We are working in a work flow along with the Agents-of-@Lince to educate and monitor them.
You know me, it is done in a way that my bots do the heavy lifting and humans come behind dealing with humans.
The idea is to help to do what we preach: Cultivation of humans and Steemians.
Six hours of monitoring of the tag #venezuela
I am implementing a discord BOT in our server that checks if the persons trying to use the post-promotion channel is active and votes in other's posts, this to encourage people not to come and take, or ask, but to arrive giving and sharing!
It has had great reception in the community and still is in alpha.
Also with the help of @hugospock some advance has been made to the curation tool interface to dethrone the useless trending category and help curators find content it is worth curating by properly filtering and weeding out big payouts and finding forgotten gems buried in the vote selling frenzy-.

We receive support from @patrice, and @guiltyparties, sadly @estellabelle was able to give us a boost for a while, but she had to retire the delegation when she started her own project.

But we need help, i didn't mention it, but all this is the fruits of 6 months of steeming hard, 24/7 I started alone, and slowly found all this great minds most of them have spend endless hours sharing and shaping ideas with me.
All this has been achieved with a total of 8000 SP and the hard work of a beautiful team of volunteer dreamers:
@mfestra, @idandy, @menez.trending, recently @pararova, @unicornia @gabinart have joined us, working around the clock with me to cather with our limited means to a growing community (from 60 members in december, to 1000 today and i prune daily the discord server).
We are sponsoring dreams, ideas and future both inside and outside the platform, we are trying to use STEEM to its full potential, not as a fund raiser or a simple blog platform.
When a group of people have clear goals and the proper direction, nothing can stop them, nothing can stop us from trying to make the universe conspire to help us achieve our goals.
I hate asking, i hate begging, but our goals are bigger than my pride.
