SUMMARY
VERG (XVG) has an amazing multi-year future and targets. Any investor who becomes confined to a naroow time band perspective will suffer from cyclical bouts of fear and greed. I assure you, there is no happiness to be found in such a state! The biggest indicator clue of such a suffering state is usually when one starts blaming everyone except themselves for whatever losses.
XVG shows that wxyxz correction could be complete as shown in below chart. In the last update, I had posted a smaller wedge fractal but that has been updated as a bull flag. From the looks of it, the breakout from the large wedge can be labeled as an abc or as the start of an impulse. Yes, there is a certain degree of subjectivity to Elliott Waves. IF price breakout continues by breaching out of the small bull flag, it likely would do so in an impulsive manner.
I know that while wave 1 doesn't look very impulsive; I assure you, I've seen uglier wave 1s, a five wave impulse has been labeled to project a potential bullish outlook. Having said that, IF wave 2 is near completion or already so, the wave 3,4 and 5 should drive towards higher prices. It can be very exciting once the onset matures.

Thanks @haejin for your comment about how ugly the Wave 1 appeared. I had been concerned about it, and was having a difficult time charting the Wave. My plan for now is just more patience with Verge. Thanks, as always, for all the work you do and knowledge you share.
Thank you for all of your analysis. I hope steemit has taken care of the people who have been voting down your posts. I started following your posts in November and would have never known about Verge if you didn't add it to your analysis. Verge has a lot going for it as far as anonymity, quick transactions, and low fees. I like where this is going and if viewers don't look at exact dates on your charts they will be amazed at how much profit they can accumulate if they invest based on your analysis and stop looking at crypto news articles. @haejin lookin at each wave..it clearly indicates fluctuations and it may or may not remain same in future ...but every investor is keen to watch the graph in coming months....sir your suggestion is much valuable than ours after all you being a cryptoanalyst...thanks and kindly keep poating regarding such informations. &We stay in touch with the variable market deep enough because of your posts..
I think there is a low stay, so all the crypto will go through a big drop, and I think it is in the third semester of the year when the bears dominate the market, right now the market is not going to recover, the big investors (banks, governments) do not want to and will not leave the way free to the crypto, but this is a funnel that will soon come to an end,
therefore it seems to me that the crypto and the market will go down in the next months, (third semester of the year bullish times for the crypto)
Hi Frederichs. Honestly think you are wrong. You are overthinking the crypto market. Fear and greed are governing the paths of each coin. Yes you are correct in saying banks fear for crypto currencies as it will definitely affect their profits if they don't get involved somewhere.
I think a lot of first timers got burnt in the last Bitcoin rally thinking they can make a quick buck and didn't pull out when they should have. They would have done some homework because of the greed factor and will be back sooner than later. I think the next 3 months will boom leaving more people wishing they had been part of it. It is only going to get bigger whether banks or governments like it or not.
Agree,second quarter is always good for crypto.I am expecting big rise from mid April to July.

Haejin does not predict time, don't look at the time scale below the chart. He's just showing you a probable pathway for XVG, not forecasting WHEN these targets should be reached. The end of wave 5 could very well be reached within the next 2 weeks, as it could also very well be reached no sooner than in June or July....
Patience is key!

The outbreak that verge had earlier this year was insane. In just a few weeks it rose thousands of percentages, this correction was expected. I hope you are right mr. Haejin as I am still hodling!
I've been out of Verge for a long time, better look at other privacy coins, XZC :D
