Helping 'another' is truly helping ourselves as well...What we project outwardly, reflects back...kind of like looking into a mirror.
Thank you. It makes me even more grateful for the good health I still have. A bit of suffering quickly reminds me of how much so many others must deal with daily. My migraines are currently controlled with botox and each day I am so glad not to have one.
