That sounds tasty. Are you making your own lemon custard filling? If so, would you be so kind as to share the recipe please? I've been looking for a nice custard for inside lemon muffins but haven't found one that isn't mostly sugar. I suppose I could use a meringue instead but the ones I've found are full of sugar as well. 😊
Cool, looking forward to seeing your piping kit. I just use an old Pampered Chef cookie press as my piping kit, or at least, that is what I used last time and it worked pretty good. Maybe some day I'll invest in a real piping kit too. 😊
Doing our best to keep warm, in the house its easy with the wood stove, but step outside and its a whole other story, brrr, -16 Celsius has been our average temperature this past week. Thankfully, today we're only down to -9 Celsius, woohoo. LOL! 😊
