Welcome back lovely lady, thanks for visiting! 😊

That's what we think they are as well, we weren't positive and I keep forgetting to ask my neighbour when he comes over to visit his chickens. He's working on his new coop now that the snow is gone from his driveway, though we did try to warn him that the snow may return, as we are in Atlantic Canada and the weather is unpredictably predictable. LOL! 😊

Last night my handsome husband brought Phyllis and her hatchlings in from the barn and put them in the brooder box with our hatchlings (after everyone was asleep) and it seems to have worked well as Phyllis is now mothering her two and our seven hatchlings. She's a great mom, very attentive, its going to be neat to see her with the new ones from the incubator when they hatch out in just over a week. If last night was any indication, she'll adopt them and be as happy as can be and our newest hatchlings will all adopt her as their mom, until they join the main flock, next month after it warms up a bit more. 😊

We weren't sure if anything would survive in that area as it is around our septic tank cap and was trampled to near death last year when we had our tank cleaned out. (The guy that did it told us we had the nicest smelling septic tank area he's ever cleaned because the flowers were releasing their fragrance as he trampled them.) We're grateful that they all survived and appear to be thriving already, so that's a huge blessing for us. 😊

Me too, Nacho is such a sweetheart, and she loves a good nap out in the sunshine as much as anyone. She's good at them too, just stops in the middle of whatever she's doing and stretches out as long as she can and just enjoys the warmth, she's a smart squirrel. 😊

Oh no, my tea is almost gone, that means its time to get off the computer and get cleaning. I'm still working on the computer room/office area, but I'm making progress and that's all I can do some days. I know you get it. (Chronic pain just sucks the energy out of us some days and its all we can do to get out of bed on others. The rare days when we wake up feeling energized and invigorated are so far and few between that we forget what its like, but once in a blue moon we get a surge of something and get loads of things done in a day, only to be down and out for a few days after we're done.) I'm just grateful that my medicinal plants and oils let me have a life, for a lot of years I thought mine was over, (when the morphine, no matter how high the dose, stopped working,) but now feel better, (other than the constant pain, that I ignore and push through as much as possible,) than I have in over 20 years and for that I'm also grateful. Bye for now, I'll chat with you again soon. 😊

God bless you and your wonderful family. Have an awesome day my fabulous friend! 😊
