I found this video and thought it was very interesting.. I have a GDAX account, but have not used it yet to transfer any funds.
I hope to eventually transfer some funds from GDAX, to my fiat banking account in the near future(when I get enough).. LOL..
For the ones, that do not know about this... I just found out myself..

Actually with coinbase if it is okay where you are you can request a shift visa card and spend your BTC or LTC with no fees.
