Time for a road trip and for some hiking. Today we are going on top of the Teide Volcano. Pico del Teide is with around 3700m the highest mountain of Spain. The ride from Costa Adeje takes around one hour and takes you slowly up the mountain to the cable car station on a small scenic road with many view points along the way from where you have an amazing view on the island. At some points you can even spot some of the neighboring islands on the horizon. Once you are on top you get rewarded with a breathtaking landscape and view.

I have been to Spain a few times. I love it. Such a wonderful place for the people, food, and culture. I can't wait to get back but I have never been to any of its islands. I will have to remedy that. I had no idea they had volcanoes.
I don't know if you are a Dr, Seuss fan but at 7:41, the clouds looked like Mt. Crumpet. Sorry. That is how my mind works:)

I had no idea Tenerife had a Volcano. The landscape does change as you are walking up and the place is fairly barren. Interesting video and look forward to the next one. You guys do seem to get around quite a bit.

Thanks for watching! Well, I do like Spain, Portugal and I also like to travel around Germany. There is a lot to see in Europe and for me it is a relatively close. But the place I like the most by far is the Philippines. Been there 8 times and we are already planing the next trip. Hope you find a nice place to travel to.
