I am happy that I got the chance to learn and work on this amazing and emerging web3 blockchain hive. I am thankful to vihaan007 team that they made a special track for hive and provided a special desk for them through which I got this opportunity. All the hive team and mentors were very helpful throughout the hackathon and even they solved my doubts beyond that as well. Hive have a helpful discord community. I would encourage more developers to be part of this amazing technology.

Online AI-based interviews and assessing candidates through various scores like Facial Expression Score, Generalized Score, Speech Score, and Resume Score. Storing this information on the Hive blockchain adds an extra layer of security and transparency to the process.

Then these profiles can be accessed by the recruiter's interface to filter out the required candidates they need to arrange a meet/interview on our platform and hire them. By this we reduces the cost & length of overall hiring process for the companies.

Problem we are solving:-

  1. Huge gap between College Environment and Industry Standards.
  2. Hiring process costly, heavy and time taking.
  3. Lack of platform for practicing the soft skills.

What we did?
For User

  1. We provide playground for prePlacement Practices.
  2. We are creating new benchmarks to filter out the potential candidates.
  3. We provide the relevant question set company specific.
  4. Providing user with relevant jobs and related posts available on hive-blogs.

For Company

  1. We ease the process of hiring for company.
  2. We are creating new benchmarks to filter out the potential candidates.
  3. We provide the relevant question set company specific.
  4. We reduce the cost of hiring per person.

How we used Hive?

  1. We have used hivesigner in our project
  2. We authorized user using hivesigner
  3. We stored user scores and profile using customJson on blockchain
  4. All the transaction id's with user id's are mapped and stored in database which is used later on for fetching data.
  5. Fetched relevant jobs and related blogs for user from hive blogs.

Our solution solves the real time problem of employability, upskilling , lack of information and not having soft skills to represent own knowledge. Besides this our solution nourish the hive community as well by bringing new members and developers to community by making their accounts on signin, providing and encouraging them to use hive products like hive-blogs by our job section and making our user data secure by storing on hive.
