is the eos side chain just steem or hive? Why else would voice stop working exactly as hive goes through a hardfork?

UPDATE voice does work ONLY on the mobile ap for me to post, i can comment on web but its all bad i get 8t tho they need me to use the app and do the photo uploads daily but webb has t be able to do that too
