I like reminding everyone with whom I engage: Government is nothing but other people; and those people are nothing more than Alpha, intraspecific parasites.
In fact, they are so Alpha in their parasitism that it often vacillates into predation.
The people called Government 'protect' freedom much the same way parasites 'protect' their hosts' blood from other parasites.
So the next time someone says, "But we need government...", interrupt them right after they say 'government' and say, "Yeah, about as much as we need vampires."
