Your personal view of 'Obscene' is not factual though.
There are Criminals and there are not. ARRESTING the criminals that have violated the system, is not 'RIOT'.
So if the bad guys were actually 'ARRESTED', not 'RESISTED' then we would get somewhere. If the bad guys were not allowed to EMPLOY their own RESISTORS, we would get somewhere....
ARREST the 'bad guys', at the FISHEAD! Whatever those 'bad guys' may be.
All else is a futile AUROBORUS.
Or, Divert your energy, away from the system.
Resisting it is only, powering it.
