It does not matter what it 'seems' though. It IS what IS. What IS is LAW.
IF only Voting can make the System function, then how does VOTING 'break/fix' the System?
Really. Dig deep my friend. No matter what you 'vote' for, if the ones you voted for don't have to follow any laws/system, then what you are ONLY DOING is EMPOWERING them to do whatever they want.
Don't VOTE. ARREST, or DIVERT.
