The nesting level is getting to 6, so I am replying to this thread. There was not a GitHub issue yet, so I opened one. You may want to monitor it, because the developers will often ask for more info if they are unable to reproduce it (like what version of IE, etc.)
I have notice that the slider does not appear in Internet Explorer.
There is also a minimum amount of STEEM Power you need to hold to see the slider.
If you switch to Google Chrome for browsing post, you will see the slider when you upvote (assuming you have the minimum STEEM Power).

I don't see it either. I think you have to over a certain weight of steempower before you can use it - someone correct me or add more details.
That is correct. I think the threshold is currently set at 1 MV, which is about 300 SP.

You need 1mVests before you'll see it. Last time I checked, the threshold was about 318 Steem Power.
