Every time i click to cast a vote i get 'fail' just saying. Am not going to spend hours figuring out why, sorry.

Dunno, it just pops up, your vote is valuable/wanted something, so, OK I'll vote, then fail.

I don't recall that prompt, but I've been using ecency a while and may have filled out their survey and forgot about it. Maybe @ecency can address it as a bug if it won't let you vote.

Is the App crashing or are you getting any screen error?

No crash, it simply pops up 'fail'.

Are you logged in with your active private key or posting private key? What’s your login method basically?

Either keychain or hive signer.

Probably hivesigner, our app doesn’t have keychain login

I sometimes log in with keychain and sometimes with hive signer, you saying there is a difference between them? I thought they both did the same job?

I have voted before, tho can't say I know what I'm doing, goes to pages of stuff, and then more pages ending up somewhere where you can vote, but the pop-up never works.
