We have to learn to win ourselves every day, this is the greatest of all victories, it's the beginning of everything.

How many times have we had to overcome laziness and start doing what needed to be done at that moment when we felt exhausted and no longer strong to continue. This is life in its complexity, we need to deal with our little strength and continue anyway.

It all starts with our mind, or we learn to deal with it and we will fail every time we try something new. It's the daily challenges that show us how prepared we are to live on another level.

Our mission is to beat ourselves every day... and winning yourself is when you deny your desires for a goal. Often it is necessary to overcome fear, overcome temptation, overcome obstacles, overcome challenges, overcome steps.

Nothing comes easy, and for me winning is never giving up... because when you beat yourself, you'll have beaten your own opponent... you "
