For me, I cook some delicious food, put on my cool music then sleep or pretend to sleep. That food part is very important no matter what happens ' i eat first'
When i wake up or feels calm I will then think of solutions or way forward to my problem.
Are you kidding me😅😅 This is the first time I'm hearing that eating helps in situations like this. You must be a serious foodie, because most people lose appetite in times like this.
