The National Moon Sighting Committee said that the moon of holy month of Shaban has been observed. The date of the Shaban date of Shaban month is due on the 1st day of May.

The meeting will be held at 7pm on Tuesday at the Islamic Foundation's Baitul Mukarram meeting. The meeting will be chaired by Religious Affairs Minister Motiur Rahman. This information was given in a notification issued by the Islamic Foundation.
In the notification, when the moon of holy month of Shaban was seen anywhere in the sky, it was requested to send it to the following telephone and fax numbers or any other way.
