Towards a better Leader 2019 , 7 point to look out for in any aspirants

I have decided I won't talk about this present government or the previous anymore, because this matter has been over flogged with glaring evidences of incompetency and several indictments on corruption, nepotism and insensitivity to Nigerian plight the list is endless.

I have decided to focus my energy on mental and physical shopping for a worthy leader that will spark the Nigerian dream.
We need a mental shift towards a new Nigeria in 2019 hence the need to get it right.

A quick notable characteristic of a kind of leader Nigerians need at this crucial time.
1.We need an active president that even if could be slow in decision, will have a listening ear and creative spirit

We need a candidate who has mingled with the town and gown and has an efficient blend of the ethnicity of Nigeria and has no appetite for regional or sectional goal above our National interest.
We need a good reader who can write his own public address, reply his own tweet or social media messages, stand to give a public lecture with or without the services of professional teams and can project our image as an enviable nation and not score useless inefficient political point by his or her careless and thoughtless public international utterances
We need a President who is gender sensitive and will give equal and meritable opportunity for both sex and will encourage women participation in politics
We don't need an Army General irrespective of not being a war veteran, what we need is a humanitarian veteran who will rush or fly and emphasizes with any troubled region and give them a sense of belonging
We need visionary President. The type that will project for the country, set a goal and ensure incoming president will be able to run with it.
We need a President or leader who has his own job or business before becoming an aspirant and has a previous record on human capacity building, mentoring, and a good home.

These are good qualities that we should look out for in 2019
Anyone who doesn't have at least 3 out of this points should not be allowed to run for presidency.
Do we have such person in Nigeria, the answer is up to you and me.
