ARISE OH YOUNG MINDS

in #wafrica6 years ago

Nigerians are dying in their numbers. We're losing lives in this country. Every day I wake up to Facebook posts and Whatup statues of deaths, young Nigerians -- male and female.
Something is wrong. Obviously. Our healthcare system has collapsed; our roads lead us to death; insecurity has since become the order of the day; poverty is dealing with our people ruthlessly and without mercy.
The result of all of these is deaths and deaths and deaths. People are cut down in their prime; investments parents make on their children waste; life is mocked and cheapened.
Young people must go beyond Facebooking the good and desires of the politicians close to them.
Young people must rise up to hold our politicians accountable for their actions and inactions; they must rise up and decide their future.
They must rise up together to loudly and vehemently say these deaths must stop.images.jpg

What of deaths as a result of witchcraft, carelessness, drugs and foolishness. Who do we hold responsible? I think the youth should take full responsibility for every of their actions and outcome. Waiting for the government will take time for change. To be sincere, health cares are trying, you also need see how many lives they save per day
