Where is the Future?

I'm sure we are all too familiar with the law of karma it has dissolved into us that we have so gotten used to it. I would rather refer to this law in Bibilical terms as the principle of sowing and reaping where the bible instructs in Galatians 6.7

do not be deceived, God can never be mocked, whatsoever a man soweth, same he will reap.

it will be foolish for a farmer to sow maize and expect to harvest orange.

In science it is also said that to every action there is an equal/opposite reaction. How can you not expect the ball you trow to the wall to bounce back?
Or by trowing a pebble into a lake and not expect it to ripple...
Every of our actions in life comes at a price, its called Consequences. For every action we take there are consequences and the problem is that most people never double think the consequence before taking those actions. A wise man once told me he said

You are a product of your actions

This didn't make sense to me at the time as I was still a teenager in adolescence but all grown up now I've had time to realize that my position today comes as a result of my actions and also my inactions. Consequences can be good and bad but the problem is when you become unawear of the consequence of your behavior.

With that said I would like to note that I fear for my country Nigeria. The path our leaders (in every arm of government) have chosen to take comes at a very Big price (The Future) they have gambled away the tomorrow of the young citizens all for their selfish interest. The most painful part of all this is that their children will not suffer these consequences as they are all abroad enjoying life while their parents are endangering the lives of poor, innocent and ignorant Nigerians. They have rigged our elections, taken our voices away, Manipulated the legislature, the judiciary and have silenced the youths. It has become more difficult to enrol a child to get an education at a public school than rigging an election. Unemployment rate constantly increase, low infrastructure, low standard of living, low basic salaries, no power, and no democracy. What becomes of a country whose democracy has been paralyzed? Is this what we signed up for?

What is the solution?
Where is our future?

There is hope for a tree that has been cut down...There is hope for Nigeria..the corruption has been ongoing for a long time but I know change is coming, it has already started...it will be slow but watch it love, it will come. Just make sure you play your part...don't fold your arms and watch..be a positive influence wherever you can.
