Those who have cultivated the habit of persistence seem to enjoy insurance against failure.
No matter how many times they are defeated, if they finally arrive up towards the top of the ladder, be persistent no matter how slowly you may first have to move.
With persistence, you will become successful. Without persistence, you will be defeated even before you start. With persistence, you will surely win. Weak desire brings weak results, just as a small amount of fire makes a small amount of heat.
If you find yourself lacking, this weakness may be remedied by building a stronger fire under your desire.
