Pancit Bihon Guisado is a kind of Filipino dish, and the best recipe mostly for a birthday celebration. Old people said that this symbolizes a long life to a celebrant. On that mindset of the people, I am also believing the hearsay. As usual, I cooked a lot of recipes, I can forget another kind of food but pansit is a must-have.
