@_rakhstarbeauty achieves a bright but natural-looking under eye. She starts off by applying a concealer that's one to 2 shades brighter than her skin tone. Already, it can be seen that it brightened her under eyes. If she were to go in with too bright of a concealer, it could make things look gray, so she advises not to go too bright right off the bat. She then sets that concealer with a powder that has a slightly pinkish tint to it. This not only sets the concealer but further brightens as well because of that pinkish hue. Lastly, she takes a brightening powder and applies that under her under eyes close to her nose to further brighten the under eye. Since this is essentially highlighting the face, doing this brings that portion of her face forward, giving a more awake look.
