Instructions
1- Preheat the Pot:
- Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat in a large aluminum cooking pot.
2- Sauté Aromatics:
- Add 5 chopped garlic cloves and stir until they reach a light golden color.
- Add 1 chopped onion, sauté until translucent.
- Add 1 chopped green bell pepper, sauté for approximately 2 minutes.
3- Add Offal:
- Add the prepared offal mix to the pot.
- Stir gently to combine with the sautéed aromatics.
4- Season the Dish:
- Sprinkle ½ tablespoon of Calabrian pepper, 1 tablespoon of mixed seasoning, ½ tablespoon of ground black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of annatto powder.
- Add salt to taste.
